Ginkgo Software is a provider of ClientTracker, software for acupuncturists and other practitioners. We collect data for the purposes of processing orders, providing support or for periodic marketing of ClientTracker. We promise to never share or sell your information to anyone, ever. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
Contact Forms and E-commerce Transactions
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store. This information may include but is not limited to, your name, billing address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and any other details that might be requested from you for the purpose of processing your orders.
Handling this data also allows us to:
– Send you important account/order/service information.
– Respond to your queries, or complaints.
– Process payments and to prevent fraudulent transactions.
– Set up and administer your account, provide technical and/or customer support, and to verify your identity.
Additionally, we may also collect the following information:
– Account email/password to allow you to access your account if you have one.
– If you choose to create an account with us, your name, address, and email address, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you are a registered user or have contacted us for support or information, or have downloaded a demo of ClientTracker, you can request to see or download the data we have about you.
For registered users or paying customers, this will also include profile information and download/payment histories.
You can request “to be forgotten” and we will erase any personally identifiable data we have about you. This will exclude data we need for administrative or security purposes or if we are required by law to retain some of the data.

We do not sell or rent our customers or users private personal information to anyone.
We use third-party services (data processors) for hosting services and processing your payments. They do not share your information with anyone.
How we protect your data
No user data of any kind is stored in plain text. All user data is stored in password-protected databases on secure servers, and or encrypted with industry standard algorithms.
Any and all user data that is transmitted over the internet is done so using HTTPS.
